Padreic
I'm not really sure which individual bug forum this belongs in, since it encompasses sound, animation, and performance all at once, so I'm putting it here in General. I logged in, downloaded the latest update (12.5.0), and played some defense (Casta). Everything was fine. I took the same loadout into a T3 survival mission, and after a while, there started to be intermittent roaring (sounded like extremely amped up automatic weapon (pulse weapon?) fire), and the entire screen shook uncontrollably for the duration (approx 1-2 seconds). FPS dropped drastically, and kept getting lower every time it happened. Eventually the game became unplayable and I had to abort the mission. I was playing a Trinity with a Penta, so I know the automatic fire wasn't caused by me. Edit: I see that sentinel sounds seem to be buggy, so I thought I'd mention that I was using a carrier with sweeper, so also not an automatic weapon. That isn't to say that other people in the group may not have had other sentinels, but I can only speak to my own. Lorane_Airwing
Mine seemed to be caused by a grineer flame blade/powerfist being unable to teleport to me. or at least bugging out heavily, after i killed a few it died down till more spawned. Treebear2
Just got out of a T3 Corpus survival mission with all sorts of weird things happening. Whenever climbing a staircase, the screen would shake violently and loud sounds would play that sounded like power activation sfx. I also noticed that I was clocking in around 25 fps, when Im usually at 60 and very rarely ever drop below that. I check my processor load and noticed that one core was peaked out and the others were at around 20% during the mission.
