Vanhline Posted March 20, 2014 Share Posted March 20, 2014 (edited) either the weapon or the tool tips for the weapon is currently bugged. equipping base damage mods do not appear to actually increase the base damage. there was another post on this already that i did not see and has been acknowledged.
