I Lost My Stuff

So i was playing warframe i was in game and it said i there was going to be a hot fix so after that game i closed warframe and re opened the game i hade lost my completed frost prime sytem and frost prime chassis. is there any way to get them back without haveing to buy them or grind for them again?

Not too sure about regaining them friend. The only thing that I can think of to help is to send a support ticket about what happened.
