Transmutation Issue - Failure To Give Me Resulting Mod

So this has been popping up on me a few times whenever I did some transmuting since Update 12.2/12.3 or so.

 

What happened:

 

Put in 4 mods and clicked Transmute, no mods from the transmutation result appears, also results in no mods at all. Credits still used.

 

What I did before bug happened:

 

Was fusing away some mods before I went to transmute.

 

 

Extra Notes:

 

I noticed during the roughly 5/6 times I transmuted all 4 rare mods every time that I never got one rare mod out of it. Maybe I really hit that "everything doesn't work out" phase and got extremely unlucky, but at least one of those attempts at transmutation would have resulted in one rare mod.

 

Also, maybe I'm lagging and that the game was still calculating the result, never happened after some of the recent updates went through.
