Having Same Serration On Dethcube And Primary

Hello Tenno, I seem to have a (maybe) problem. When I equip the same serration on my dethcube and primary weapon, the game says I can't do that. Is that normal? Since it probably is, how am I supposed to mod my dethcube if not with serration, or split chamber etc.?

I understand I can have two, the problem is ranking. My serration is rank 8, and ranking up a new one is going to take AGES.

 You can't use the same mod at the same time in 2 weapons that you carry. That normally does not cause problems since your weapons can't carry duplicates simply because they are different types (rifle, secondary, melee). But when you add the sentinel in that equation, well, the sentinel's weapon can equip it, but you can't use them as they are being used on the weapon you are carrying at the moment as well.

As long you are using the same mods in another as your current gear, whether it be in your weapon or Sentinel's weapon. It won't allow it. So you are better off getting a second mod to rank up. And it is a darn shame too because it takes forever to rank up Serration and the similar mods.
