ElohiAdanvdo
As the title suggests, I would like to see a friendly-fire Nightmare mode, where the caster's abilities can affect everyone/thing, even themselves. So, for example, if Trinity casts the team-heal ability, it would heal both friend and foe. If an Ogris is fired, it could kill nearby teammates as well as enemies. I would also like to play underwater maps, where like Survival, we would have to either find Oxygen in the map in form of oxygen gas leaks [natural and pipelines], or maybe we would be able to buy 100c or so tanks for ourselves. And to make weapons fire underwater, how about just the Lotus saying, "I've upgraded your equipment for this situation" so-and-so. Sorry, I know that this one in particular will need new animations, but who doesn't like aquatic maps?
Ninja234War
A node in Earth has a large pool of water, when you crouch, you are the size of that water. I like the idea of aquatic maps. Edited March 21, 2014 by Ninja234War

Friendly fire in any mode is not going to ever be viable so long as there are explosive weapons that deal ten times the health any player can ever possibly achieve. COOKINGPAPA
Warframe deals too much damage overall. Enemies and allies, even yourself. Increasing another source of damage is going to be hell. I guess that's why it's called nightmare mode :P It'd be interesting to see though. Imagine casting Volt's speed in such a nightmare mode. Also, it'll be a good idea to kill off the Nova in your team. Edited March 21, 2014 by COOKINGPAPA
