Kinda like survival, but instead of time it was kills. So it was kinda like stages and when you hit a certain amount of kills you'd get a reward, then so on and so on...each reward given out like normal RNG since everyone like it so much. And the enemies get harder and harder as it goes on like the survivals do.....gradually.

EX: 200 kills-reward

      400 kills-reward

      650 kills-reward

      ect.

what do you guys think?

thats pretty much how I wanted survival to be when they first added it, worried about being killed not life support.

This wouldn't make a whole lotta sense. What would be the Tenno's objective?

If it's to kill, there is already exterminate for that.

Thin the numbers on a planet...like  huge area, maybe there are like a bunch of super greneer clones that formed from a bunch of clones of Vor or Hek...something, I'm sure something can be put behind it...call it like Battlefield, and put it on a Dynasty Warriors type map...have it against factions and you have to help on faction or the other and fight along side the bosses.

Not just killing... maybe if it was like a gauntlet or something. Something with both pre-determined and random elements with challenges unique to it, sort of like (I hate making this comparison but) raids in WoW.

There is plenty of killing in the game already. We need something more.

Ruk's Arena- Prove your honor as a warrior, Tenno.

The Grineer have their own black sheep in their troops. This is where they are sent, to fight, to entertain their Queens, to restore their honor, to live another day. Ruk has had enough of the spineless clone warriors flooding the arenas, the overflow is becoming more and more noticed with the abundance of aberrant clones.

So he brings in the Tenno. Fight, prove your honor, prove your prowess, prove your right to survive in this system. Rewards, or freedom.

I could see it kind of like a series of extermination missions in a large, single tileset, like defense. Every so many kills, you stop, get the chance at reward, or continue on. Every hundred or so, perhaps?

Or for thinning the herd on a full-scale war between the Tenno & other faction. Only 4 of us are sent since we can pretty much destroy 500 of them easily..

*if in the coming events, the Fomorian Ships are still mass produced and ready to wipe out everyone*

Vay Hek: Lotus. Our warriors are compatible, though your cause for balance in the system is not approving our Queens' desires.

Lotus: The Tenno has no concept of wiping everyone.

Vay Hek: This is typical of you. But, consider: Our technologies are compatible. Your Tenno using our powerful weapons along with their powers.

Lotus: Are you suggesting an alliance? I don't approve.

Vay Hek: Then, the Tenno will be wiped out along with the Corpus!

Sargas Ruk: You have finally declared war upon the Grineer, Tenno.

Lotus: This is not war. This is pest-control.

Sargas Ruk: We have ten million marines and ten thousands Fomorian Ships. How many are you?

Lotus: We have twenty warframes.

Sargas Ruk: You would destroy us with twenty warframes?

Lotus: You can be wiped out from this system with one Nova.

As someone who was a Grineer supporter in the Gravidus Dilemma and received personal congratulatory remarks from General Sargas Ruk himself, I see this scenario as feasible.

Hell, taking into account the choice of joining different factions in the future as hinted from DE in the DevStreams, this could be legitimate form of building your faction approval from the Grineer army.

Interesting indeed!

so a gamemode without an objective, so that people have literally no incentive not to just mindless 24/7 spam aoe attacks without the need for any sort of teamwork?

i think this would take away more than it adds, enemies are much, much, too easy to kill (players are also too strong) for this gamemode to be plausible, it would be a joke for any expierenced player

How about adding a timer so that you need to kill a certain amount of enemies in the allotted time to move on? Timer resets after each "tier".

Just straight-up killing seems like it might be exploitative, depending on how the enemy levels curve.
