Small Suggestion For Helios' Scanner: Enemy/object Radial Reveal

The mechanics on the scanning itself, targeting and stuff (which I believe is being adressed as of now), I will not discuss them in this thread. First off I'm not certain if this has been mentioned somewhere else, if so apologies but I just wanted to voice it out anyways.

However I noticed something that would limit the usefulness of Helios' scanner, since in twitch chat (I believe) Helios will no longer scan enemies/objects that have a full scan number to prevent overscanning and waste of charges. While this is great It will of course greatly limit the eventual usefulness of the ability but while going back a few times to the manual scanner I thought of something that would certainly benefit Helios' utility, granted it might not be by much but it'll be something.

So when you go into the manual scanner many of you may have noticed that it gives off constant pulses that reveal everything in a certain radius to you, yet of course you are restricted to a weaponless, tunnel vision. So I'll make it quick, make it so Investigator reveals all the enemies/objects around you in constant pulses (just like the manual scanner) and leveling increases the range at which the enemies/objects can be detected at.

This keeps Investigator from being soon-to-be entirely useless by a full codex and adds a nice perception utility while not restricting your usage of weapons and keeping your view in third person unlike the manual scanner.
