Loss Of Platinum

I spend Mol and loss and cash transactions but do not get platinum from March 15 and has sent requests but so far have not received people can help

I lost around 175 or 265 plat a while back during rushing 24hr- 3day items. sux so much!

And I don't know how to get them back since they were used on rushing thin air.

Tenno Research weapons 100+ plat lost

some various standard weapons also.


Worst of all, this is not a rare case.

If you've already submitted a support ticket, you'll need to wait to hear back from DE. Did you make a ticket and assign it under the category "Buy Platinum, Coupons or Promo Codes"?

 

Also if English isn't your native language, I'd suggest using the language you're most comfortable with if the support page has it available.

Submit a Support Ticket explaining your situation so that a customer representative can look into it.
