Missing Radial Blind

I don't know how or when this happened, but I recently decided to dust off my old Excalibur Prime. Checked his abilities and found Radial Blind to be missing. I checked everywhere, but it is just gone. Should I submit a ticket about this?

That is indeed odd, ye contact support. Usually in the cases of missing ability mods they can track down what happened to it and supply a new one, atleast from what ive seen on previous threads regarding this issue.
