Random Crashes Since ~12.4 Update

I dont know exactly which update it was but ever since about a 2 weeks ago i have been experiencing random crashes. These are not just game crashes but my entire computer is just switching off out of nowhere. 

Its not windows update - I have that turned off while i play.

 

The worst part is that it mostly seems to happen in deep defense runs. It happened just now at wave 29, it happened the other day at wave 45. I think its also happened in a survival once or twice.

 

Im a bit worried because my computer has never done this before.

Did some research and it looks like it could be a heating problem. Yay, Dis assembly time.
