Ps4 Sub Account: Cant Move Controls Locked Out

My ps4 has a few sub accounts. The game will not let a player move in a mission, but will give full menu access until the mission if " multiple accounts " are used "improperly".

 

Basically if we have warframe started under "User A"  we can somehow shut the game down and relog as "User B", but the ps4 will still occasionally run the game as Warframe(User A)  with user B logged in and at the controls.  This causes control failure (lockout with no movement) once dropped into the mission.  All menu items pre-mission work properly.

 

 

Example:

 

Log in to PS4 with an account and play warframe.  Exit back to ps4 menu without closing the game or with closing the game.  Log in with another ps4 account.  ( perhaps auto power off kills controller and someone else picks it up )  

 

With Warframe running as started by user A.  But user B is now logged in and running warframe ( even with full update check and reload )  User B can operate all menu items, be logged into "their" character, change mods, and start missions.   However once you drop in to the mission, the controller does not send commands to move the player. Including the options button not pulling up a menu etc.  

 

Can we get it so Warframe(User A) cannot be controlled at all by a relog from User B.  OR, can we let the relog happen like it is now, but not lock out User B when gameplay starts?
