Questions About Trinity.

Question

So I jumped on the Trinity bandwagon recently after a particularly skilled one carried my whole team to 50 min in a T3 survival.

Is the 'Immortal Trinity' thing (which I'm assuming to mean almost 100% up-time on link and blessing) possible without a reactor and/or multiple forma?

Is fleeting expertise really worth it? With no other mods, it doesn't change the actual power per second cost of keeping Link/Blessing up. I'm wondering if all those mod points and the are really worth it just so you can start it on less energy, especially because it will cost you a few points in other mods if you want to offset it. Perhaps efficiency and duration stack in some way I'm not accounting for, but it seems like a net-zero impact.

What should I be prioritizing for defensive mods? Seeing as most of my slots and points are going towards ability mods, maybe 1 or 2 slots are even available for defensive stats.

Thanks.

Just use all mods in the game that increase Power Duration, Power Range, and Power Efficiency (in this case, up to 75% which is the cap). Natural Talent is highly recommended. You don't need Vitality and Redirection. Actually you don't need any kind of defensive mods, if you play her right, you will be immune to damage and stun/knockdown. Basically a Immortal Trinity is an unstoppable juggernault, all you need to do is keep your eye on the skill timer and cast it right away when the duration is over, and sprint forward throwing Penta nades on the floor. (Any AoE weapon will do the trick)

Some people do a full duration and feel a longer duration means they cast fewer times, some people do high efficiency and feel if they cast more times, they get more bang for their buck.  For example, a Blessing that costs 100 and lasts 25 seconds, as opposed to one that costs 75 and lasts 20 seconds.  If I cast the shorter one 4 times, a total of 300 energy used, I will get 80 seconds of blessing.  If I cast 300 worth of energy in the first setup, that's only 3 times equaling 75 seconds.  I am not using actual numbers, but that is the logic some people use.  It's all what you prefer.

Personally, I went max duration.  I get 28 seconds of blessing and 33 seconds of link.  I also formad 3 times and use a potato.  I got rid of her 2 ability polarities and only run with Link and Blessing.

My Setup:

Constitution - Overextended - Streamline - Continuity - Rush

Link - Narrow Minded - Flow - Natural Talent - Blessing

I like this setup a lot.  I don't have the patience to sit and add fleeting and calculate efficiency vs duration.  This is why I suggested to DE they incorporate a real-time ability calculator into arsenal.  They way I play, this setup works best for me, and fleeting isn't more important than any of these mods for my play style.

u dont need the forma (unless u want to fill all slots and max all mods), but u will need a potato

for just max efficiency/duration blessing: continuity, constitution, narrowminded, streamline, fleeting = 6 mods

if you want link as well then u'd also want/need overextend to counteract narrowminded = 8 mods

2 spots left, but without forma you'd likely be out of pts (thus need forma for full/complete build)
