Did Not Receive My Awarded Helmet

Okay, I already made a little complaint about the missing Alert mission that happened yesterday that never appeared for me, the one for Dead Eye. Kind of upsetting but now there was a mission I was able to get to and finish, now it didn't give me my Raknis Nekros Helmet like it should. There was no lag as far as I know, and the mission was a typical Deception mission, grab all the data mass and to extraction. So I can't find it listed anywhere in my foundry now. Any way I can demand for one? While kind of unnecessary but I hate feeling cheated out. I would certainly be upset if it was a forma or a Orokin Catalyst/Reactor that didn't show up for me.

To note it did give me from the Alert Mission, I did close the game and open it back up, played a few missions to see if it was a server side issue (Which still is...), and nothing. It won't appear in my Foundry.

I found a rhino prime and the parts built it paid waited and when I hit claim it just disappeared and just nothing. I did the claim thing and nothing still. BS

I have found that none of my helmet blueprints are showing up in the foundry. After a week of an open support ticket they replied saying they are aware of this and to keep and eye on the forums update tags and they gave me a link which takes me to the pc page for update fixes which have no bearing on us until they process them for us 6 weeks later.
