Papa_Nuk_Nuk
I am pleased to announce that the Infested are starting to learn how to avoid getting killed. While playing the alert for the Catalyst, I noticed that the Infested would NOT zerg rush me until my fire blast had died down, the moment which, they would charge at a frighteningly rapid pace.It brings back memories of Appolodorus way back when I had just beat the red prodman Vor in a Corpus ship as an underleveled unpotato'd Volt...The Infested are scary again... especially when fighting alone. DeathKoala
I'll second that. I found myself using more World on Fires and then covering my butt with Fireballs when I needed to reload. Those and charge/slam attacks with my scindo.
Davoodoo
They still run into my arrows and even bastille, calling them intelligent is a bit too much, its instinct that tells you to avoid fire.
Guest
I didn't notice anything intelligent about the 15 waves of Infested in that alert. They just rushed to the pod and I just stood on the side, frying them all with Ignis and a little help from my Sweeper'd Wyrm.

Intelligent in the AI sense. They avoid running into obvious damage, Bastille does none, and arrows move too quickly to dodge. But yeah.

Scryed
Nope I still see them charge in a straight line, if anything pathing needs to be looked for them
