Cerberus (Pluto) Alert Not Showing

There is an alert on right now since yesterday, offering an Orokin Catalyst Blueprint.

I only know it thanks to an android app, because it's not showing at the main screen. Other alerts are showing normally.

 

I didn't have Cerberus active yet, so I rushed to it. I could see that there are 100+ players doing the planet already, so there was something definitely going on. I joined a game.

 

It was infestation defense, so yeah, definitely an alert.

In the end? No catalyst bp.

 

It's like I did the alert already, which I couldn't have since I had to get through to planet first.

Now I'm losing a catalyst bp, which would be nice to have since I'm relatively new to the game and still need resources. (I had 4 catalysts so far.)
