Progress Could Not Be Saved Wut ?

Hi all today ive encountered pretty nasty and annoying bug. When i was doing t2 survival got pretty good mod drops and parts i needed everything was going fine game runs smoothly but after extraction i got this message

"Could not update account information, progress not saved!"

And i was very sad to find all rare mods and parts are gone. It is not fun bug when you do 30+ survival mission to get one last part you need and get that message.

 

My question is this does DE know about this nasty little bugger.

Ive seen certain thing at least for me when that bug occur in void there are increased spawn rate of mods.

If the bug cannot be fixed then how to avid it ?

AFAIK, that happens most often when the connection to the server is lost for some reason. It can be a problem in their servers, in your ISP, or if you have an unreliable wireless; hard to tell.

It's usually a connection problem, check your internet
