Ember Prime

so i finally got Ember Prime. and am wondering what a good build for end game is.

 

by this i mean her mod load out.

suggested weapons to go with this mod load out

and suggested mods for the weapons(though i'm guessing i'll pretty much have hte mod load out you recommend already for weapons)

without overheat i'm finding it hard to make a good end game build (RIP overheat. burn in hell accelerant)

Sorry to piss in ur cereal but ember sucks endgame. Like last decision, bottom of the food chain. IT's best not to use ember endgame.

Best "end game" build on ember is one that capitalize on Power strength/Duration/Efficiency and focus on using Accelerant with heat weapons, I had a link about it but I lost it :/

Your best bet is just max her second power range, strength and efficiency. World on Fire only good for low level.

Ember is an offensive frame that can easily be killed unfortunately. She's not even fun to play with anymore since they changed Overheat to accelerant and the animation of World on Fire to a fireworks show and got rid of the Grineer screaming as they were burned alive. That was fun. Those days are over though and Ember gathers dust in my collection.

so many frames that cant do endgame, and all DE can do is take the few that can and nerf them 1 by  1. except Rhino apparently -.-

Isn't it possible, though, to have fun with frames in their respective roles? If Ember doesn't work endgame, can't see still be fun to use when doing Infestation missions, Alerts, or planet clearing?

 

The reason I ask is that if finding frames that work through to End Game is the only goal, then there is absolutely no reason to even make half the frames. Everyone should get Vauban and Nova and call it a day.

well yes, but the thing is i use all the missions you would use ember in to level up my end game frames

 

aka nyx and valkyr.

 

i am constantly polarizing these and if they can perform better and be more fun than ember in the missions ember is supposed to rule in. then thats fked up.

 

 

valkyr has utility(rip line, paralisis, hysteria) and a ton of armor. so she's fun, she's capable, and because all my weapons have multishots maxed(+120% multishot on pistol), plus punchthrough....well it makes up for her lack of world on fire.

for peets sake she has overheat on NON STOP with that dmg res

 

and nyx...nyx and ember i consider twin frames as they 1. look the same, 2. stats are similar, and 3. WERE played the same.

but now, nyx has chaos to enable her to survive and res teammates. and she has absorb for endgame.

ember...HAD overheat to let her survive and res teammates. and endgame was doable cause her fire procs ignored armor(except world on fire)

but now. her fire procs are affected by armor (wtf. melt them in thier own armor!!!!)

 

so yeah. i tried my ember build. she died so fast.

so i've given up(sad cause this is ember PRIME. which should be a GOOD frame. but no. its...S#&$.  can't believe i called what was one my favorite frame S#&$...but its true.  Digital Extremes took what made Ember so much fun to play(overheat, popping it and running through the house setting everything on fire) into a weak, no dmg, frame.

 

Nova is laughing cause ember is as fragile as her, without the dmg.

 

 

so i'm back on Valkyr (and cursing DE non stop. if u gonan nerf someone nerf rhino)

Agree with most of the above statements. But i still love my ember none the less.... So whenever i need to farm lowbie missions. Ember Prime is my first choice ; )
