Updated Preferred Desecrate Build?

Question

There have been recent mod additions to the game using Natural Talent and the like, so I'm wondering people's take on mods I should get or should have for desecrate spam for, say, Orokin Derelict missions or Survival missions.

Things I've taken into mind are fleeting expertise, stretch, streamline, natural talent, and whatnot.

I am aware that power efficiency caps at 75%,

What mods should I sacrifice, place instead...etcetera.

75% efficiency from Fleeting (r4) and Streamline (r4); note that maxing them only costs you 2 additional points, even when forma'd, so there is no need.

 

Max range from Overextended and Stretch, Natural Talent for more spam, and the rest for survival and speed.  Once you have the basics for efficiency and range there really is no wrong answer so long as you can survive and keep up with the team.  DPS is not for you and while Terrify can be appealing it is just a weak CC effect that will give you time to adjust.  Adding strength and/or duration for it is not necessary, although it can be fun for an alternative build with a focus on armor reduction and minor duration (to avoid power lockout).
