Grustrag Bolt In Runk Up Tests

Hi! I'm new in Warframe and i was wondering if the Grustrag Bolt locker effect persists even during the rank up tests.

I got bolted few days ago and i can't build the unloceker since i still have to unlock the planets where i can find the materials i need...I have to complete rank up 2 test today but it's against grineers and i fear i won't be able to complete the challange with this locker...Thanks to everyone who'll answer :)

Since mods like Bane or Expel faction works on these tests (Mods that give +% vs specific faction) i'm guessing the penalty for the grustrag bolt might work on mastery tests too.
