Cannot Remove Room In Dojo

I'm trying to remodel my dojo to make things more organised, which means destroying pretty much everything and rebuilding from the ground up. 2 hour waiting time per room aside, everything seems to be going smoothly up until this room. It had an upward-pointing elevator, the top floor of which I cleared out and then deleted the elevator itself. That all went fine up until I tried to destroy the room on the ground/spawn floor to which the elevator was attached. The game tells me that there are still child rooms attached to it and that they need to be destroyed first, but there's nothing here.

 

Clicking "yes" to "do you want to show them on the minimap" tells me absolutely nothing. If I queue up some corridors on the exits (without starting them, I don't think that bit is necessary), I can see markers for the scheduled rooms, but if I delete them again it goes back to complaining that there are still rooms attached to it and that it can't be removed.

And there are now 2 rooms which I can't remove. I'm trying to get rid of everything inside the green area. #1 is what I couldn't remove in the first post. #2 is a downward elevator which I also can't get rid of after removing everything past it on the bottom floor.

It turns out that there were 2 ghost rooms lost somewhere in limbo between construction and demolition. A support ticket got them cleared up.
