Should There Be An Item/thing That Gives You An Extra Mod Slot On Your Warframe Or Weapons?

all of these are dps increase, except maybe a marked target, unless you take too much time to aim.

But if you accept them as being dps increase sure they fit.

Also

"Ruptured Casing: All rounds rupture with a 2M AoE that deals 33% of initial damage. The AoE won't hit the first target struck by the round itself."

Is too op to the point of being gamebreaking.

Thats true, those are designed to take up a regular mod slot. So they'd mean you're losing DPS to equip them. But yea, those are the general idea

Yeah, I'd agree... This game is really easy once you know how to mod intelligently. In a game like this, being able to solo some high-level mission like T3 Mobile Defense, T3 Survival, Orokin Derelict Assassination or the ever-infamous Palus, Pluto would be a legitimate feat of skill, planning and exploitation of game mechanics. But it kinda boils down to taking a Loki/Rhino/Nova/Nyx/Other OP Frame and just shooting at things.

I get that you can nerf yourself by taking all unpotato'd weapons and Frames, not using gear, or restricting yourself to one Warframe ability or something, but that just doesn't convey the same satisfying feeling of having beaten a level single-handedly by taking the game's mechanics, twisting them into a Gordian knot and breaking them over your knee. You know, like beating Bioshock on Hard with no Vita-Chambers by luring all of your enemies into ridiculously elaborate traps made of tripwires, Molotov cocktails, proximity mines and a Big Daddy. Or winning a game of Total Annihilation by loading up dropships with suicide bombers and flying them over enemy anti-air.
