Paranoid Emblem Question

So pretty much I'm scared of any possibility or loophole that might make DE throw out my emblem and make me lose 150 plat... (Don't have much access to plat at the moment).

 

Should this picture be okay as an emblem? I made it using powerpoint (yeah, weird right?) and didn't use anything as a sample or model, at least not consciously.

 

 

I'm also open to advice about my actual emblem... I feel like it might be missing something (I'm not looking for it to be epic, just simple yet unique).

If you made it yourself, it it is in correct size, contains no explicit image it is fine. And as far as I can see it should be all right.

Nice emblem, it reminds me of a unit patch. As long as the emblem doesn't have anything people would consider offensive, doesn't plagarize, and fits the size it should be good.
