Mod Unequipping Itself

So I ran through a T1MD mission with my modded Paris Prime, trying to get some quick exp and money. Once I completed the mission, I went to my Paris Prime mod screen. I saw I had some points, so I decided to upgrade one of the mods on it. I upgraded that mod as much as I could with the limited credits I had, clicked apply, and exited the Arsenal screen.

 

At that point, I remembered I had some extra blueprints to sell off, so I hopped back into the Arsenal to get to my inventory, sold off the extra blueprints, and went straight to finish upgrading that mod on my Paris Prime. When I got to the mod screen for it, however, the mod I was gonna upgrade had mysteriously unequipped itself. Every other mod was still there, but that one was not.

 

 

 

 

I should also note that the mod that unequipped itself had been equipped for a long time, before I even ran that t1MD mission. I didn't add anything new to the Paris Prime or remove anything from it, I just upgraded the mod that was already on it. I can't see why it would have unequipped itself for no apparent reason.
