Sure it gives you range but just destroys the damage output. Stretch alone makes the range moderate, just slap redirection over it and go in there to wreck stuff. 2nd build, eh, I never really found the point in duration mods unless you're going to use the ground aoe. Maybe if it were a small map it'd be useless, but the other times I think it'd beneficial wouldn't it? I thought the 10 sec difference might save people. My personal preference is to use Redirection instead of Vitality but that's up to you. Also as others pointed out, change two of your = poles to - or neutral poles. A damage build for him will be based solely around his fast nuke, so you may end up using it multiple times in quick succession anyways. The range isn't all too necessary taking that into account. You could also find a way to sneak a Natural Talent in there to make it even faster. Personally, I would even consider replacing Stretch with NT.
