This is ok, but i would remove Shred and HC for the Tethra and Cicero mods.

Serration / Heavy Caliber / Split Chamber / Shred

High Voltage / Stormbringer / Malignant Force / Infected Clip

I think you can get more DPS by doing Speed Trigger in place of either High Voltage or Malignant Force, but that would be overkill and lead to wasted ammo, more time spent reloading and generally be a step down in usability, IMHO.

I thought punch through from Shred didn't work on non-hitscan weapons.

Yet, you only gain about 5% status and a small upgrade to the corrosive damage.

 

Play around with HC, its suprisingly not that huge of a detriment even at max.

The accuracy on Boltor Prime with HC is still fine, even in the long ranges of the void, as long as you have some punch-through on the gun so all your shots hit the target instead of losing some to the many railings.

 

I think punch-through is a little buggy with Boltor Prime right now but I'm sure that'll be fixed, if it hasn't already. Pretty sure Shred put shots through rails last time I tried it, but I haven't been playing much lately. Working a lot. Not hard to test for yourself though.

You likely got carried, That subpar 8k sustained is barely going to be enough at 50+ 

 

You've wasted quite a bit of mods to do sub optimal performance.

even with 50% accuracy hit, just hitting once is as good as hitting with your suggested build nearly 2 times.

Stats are not 'false', arsenal shows damage with multishot, Builder averages 100% MS 90% of the time. 

 

Anyways, in the spoiler is finally the right build. Nariala was close but fire damage is mitigated too highly by armor - if you dont have the 2nd event mod +90% cold damage goes in there for some ap/bonus to alloy and shield destruction.

 

Corrosive status is not something to be taken lightly. Significant damage bump against armored enemies, especially at high levels if teammates arent using Corrosive Projection(s).
