Should I Send A Support Ticket For This?

After waiting for weeks, the G3 spawned. I had recently forma'd Excalibur, and I wasn't strong enough to fight them, and I knew it. Luckily, I was in a cell with 3 competent teammates, including a rhino (thank god!), and I snuck away from the fray, (after telling them the G3 were after me) and began to lay down support fire. A few minutes the Lotus voiced her impression, and scolded us for not following here orders. I went to collect the drops, and got Split chamber, natural talent and a bleedout reduction mod (don't remember it's name). However I searched the area thoroughly, but couldn't find a Brakk part. Assuming I had picked it up already, or it would appear at the end of the mission, I completed the mission. To my dismay, I did not receive a Brakk part.

Now please do tell me:
Do the G3 sometimes not drop a part, or is this support ticket worthy (I don't wanna waste DE's time)?

They drop a Part OR a mod OR a resource.

 

They are not guaranteed to drop a part each time.

Unfortunately sometimes they don't drop a blueprint or a part :(

 

It's frustrating and annoying, but a support ticket won't help you. Sorry! Glad you survived, and hey, natural talent is pretty sweet!

The G3 does not always drop a part. Since u gotten 3 mods, all of them only dropped mods.

Lol please, I killed them solo and they did indeed drop a brakk part. But i couldnt end the mission (it was a md, there was no prompt to insert the datamass) so i had no choice but to leave the game. Forfeiting my reward at the same time. I sent a ticket but they said they couldnt do anything == scumbag de
