If Ash's Ult Is Going To Add To Melee 2.0 Attack Chain, Does That Mean...

If you are going to but your question into the title put the whole question in or none of it.

Highly unlikely. They re-did his animation 3 times just to make it fit as it does now. It was originally going to use weapon handles, but as there are so many, they added blades into his arms.

I'd get a bit annoyed if they changed his animation AGAIN, as it means unnecessary wasted time and resources into something that doesn't need changed.

I wonder if the hit counter will increase the damage of blade storm. They said it would increase the damage of your over all melee attacks so I dont see why not but just because it makes sense doesn't mean it's going to happen.

i don't think melee 2,0 will affect ash's ulti nor the animation.

It already does. In one of the streams, they said that it would add to the hit counter.

It is just a matter of there being tonnes of threads today alone that have had titles like yours.

 Meh, I can dream. I know they've redone it before, I'd just like to see animations for different weapons. But I understand that it takes a lot of work to get that implemented and to get new ideas for specific animations for the power.

 

It's just a hope.

I can understand that but it's pretty far fetched. They're clearly having enough work with just 2 stances per weapon type. Making Bladestorm a super-combo would be like adding a whole new stance for every weapon but for just one move on just one character. It's too much work for such a limited use.

ROFL, the amount of time that ult takes is stupid.  Looks awesome, but still stupid long.

 

Any other Warframe can hit 4 and drop guys within 2 seconds, Ash has to wait 10+ seconds,

 

Clan mate uses the ult to, of all things, replenish this shields.  Ash player, my health is getting hit, hit 4 to replenish shields.

 

Ash's ult ability should read

 

Blade Storm   Energy: 100Energy_small.png Power #: 4  Replenish your shields..
