Spawn Rates And Lotus Dialogue Within Invasion Missions.

I've been running the invasion missions on Uranus to get another shot at the Detron Reciever. I've started to notice that the missions still hasn't been completed while already at extract. Sometimes its just a few enemies that haven't spawned but I got about 12 enemies missing.

 

I've noticed about 7-8 times the enemies began to spawn once Lotus has acknowledged and warned you of the fire hazards that naturally occur in these invasion missions.

 

Could these possibly be linked? I'm starting to think so.
