Black Screen Problem

Hey guys!

 

I just started playing this game and I got an annoying problem. While I'm logged in (mostly while in missions) suddenly my screen goes black and starts vibrating. I have to alt+tab out then back in to fix it, but it happens too often to do this everytime. Otherwise the game runs fine, 60 fps, I got no lag at all. I even took the graphics on the minimum and turned the game into 32bit but it didn't help. I recently bought a new PC, and other games also run fine so it shouldn't be a problem. I have read some other topics too about this but none of them seemed to be the same problem which I have. Please give me some advice. Thanks!
