Rank Progress Stuck Halfway?

I am currently on rank 3, I have not encountered any problems with the game until now. I have my Warframe level 30 and so on, now the Rank bar got stuck halfway, I have played 21 games since hitting the half way mark and it is still there. Do I need to change Warframes or what?

Yes, your warframe at 30 will not give you any more points for rank. You get rank by 1st missions on  planets, ranking warframes and ranking weapons.Only the first time you get them to 30 matters. Formas added and reranked do not give more rank points

Please help! I already completed rank 3 melee test 3times already I never failed but how come im still rank 2? It says mission complete but how come im still stuck on rank 2? Anyone please reply. Im playing on ps4.
