Update Problems.

Hi guys!

 

I'm having problems updating my client everytime a new fix comes out, is it just me or is there anyone else experiencing this kind of issue?

 

My problem goes like this: a new hotfix comes out, I update my client.. everything goes well and then my client gets stuck at "checking for new content".

 

I've restarted my PC, my router, ticked bulk and aggressive download but the same problem persists. I've been experiencing this issue since last week, although I was able to fix the problem by restarting my PC before but now, my little fix doesn't push through.

 

I'm kinda lost here. What did I miss?

I'm planning to delete my current copy and downloading a fresh client.. but given my current internet speeds, it's not an option.

 

If I download WF via Steam, can I use my current account or will it use my Steam ID? I think the Steam client is more stable compared to what we have right now.

Yes you can. I'm using steam client... same problem persists.

same problem here. I waited like for 4 hours already. Still the game launcher is stuck on "checking for new content".
