Orokin Void Boss!

Why haven't we thought about this? We have bosses all around the solar system, and boss in the Orokin Derelict!

 

And I suppose Derelict was introduced after Void right? So, why isn't there a boss for Orokin Void??

My guess is because they may make a special unique Warframe drop from a future Orokin Void Assassinate boss, one that looks Prime (with all the gold and stuff), and no "normal" variant; a "unique Prime Warframe."

 

Also, since lore is developing, they may need to figure out how the boss fits in the lore as well. Will it be the Neural Sentry itself? Some lost surviving Orokin members? Low Guardians like the Stalker? Furthermore, will there be T1-T2-T3 Assassinate as well?

 

So I don't think this will come anytime soon, especially not before Vor's Prize.

2: I'd suggest they're holding off putting a boss in the void because that would require tile expansions and that would also require bucketfulls of lore, but I'm sure they're aware of it.

I am all for this idea and would love it to be a multi-stage boss, more than lephantis.

And a unique prime warframe would be an amazing reward

But hold off until there is more lore or as a final addition to the game (if that ever happens)

Make this the biggest boss in the game that easily tops lephantis

T3 Assassinate involves you facing a cell consisting of high-ranked Orokin/Tenno/Guardians.

Now that oughta be neat.

I'd suggest maybe having the "Original" Valkyr as a reward. It would fit with the lore, since she was previously unknown before the Corpus experimented on her.

I don't think they could do anything BUT the neural sentry

I love this so much. I don't expect it any time soon but I hope to see it one day

It'd be like fighting GlaDos all over again, where the walls open up and death lasers start trying to kill you, zig zagging all around the stage as the floor starts to open and slabs of ice floor move into place, and and... Jeeze... It would truly be an epic boss battle. Probably one of the most engaging ones possible. Especially if they added in shielding around the core that had to be disable and forced players to jump over hurdles as they fought the thing...

 

And then, with the core destroyed, the enemies are no longer under its control and the ship loses power. Timer starts counting down for you to reach evac while Grineer and Corpus (Now stripped of the mind control) begin fighting one another and Ancients rampage about wildly!!

 

... So... Awesome...

 

Shame that if it does happen it will be a long time coming. But seriously. This void boss idea has a ton of potential!

Yes to all of this except I think grineer and corpus would be brain dead or much more focused on finding out why there are 4 tenno and a count down timer.
