Damage 2.0 Quick Reference Guide

Question

I put together a Damage 2.0 table that covers the three major factions (There's a larger table with the Corrupted tables.) The table on the wiki is kinda messy, hence I made this. Also helpful if you want to check an element's overall effectiveness or compare resistances of the factions.

It's been checked a dozen or so times for accuracy. I made two different ones- Simple and Expanded.

Simple

Without Corrupted- http://i.imgur.com/5Lsrhno.png

With Corrupted- http://i.imgur.com/pbwj8wJ.png

-Shows elements and faction resistances. Good for experienced players and/or those who don't need a whole lot of information.

Expanded

Without Corrupted- http://i.imgur.com/lkCmB2v.png

With Corrupted- http://i.imgur.com/1vpb0CI.png

-Shows elements and faction resistances, as well as the elemental combinations on the side, and the enemy types for each respective stat. Helpful for those who haven't memorized the element combos or want to know specifically what each enemy type is weak against.

Use whichever works best for you.

Hope it helps.

Great start! Might I suggest listing what enemies have those armor types, and/or the combinations that make up the various damage types? I know its a lot of info, and possibly why the wiki tables are so "messy," but its only useful if a player already knows a lot of other information, which isn't provided.

Unless this is intended for more experiences players, in which case, well done!

I contemplated that, I'm looking for a way to put that in without actually... you know, making it cluttered as all hell. I also contemplated the combinations but didn't see it quite so necessary, seeing how a lot of us have undoubtedly memorized it by now.

I did create it with experienced players in mind that don't need a lot of information, and just "Oh hey, they're weak to this". But, I did go ahead and create an Expanded version for some of the newer people and updated the original post.

Lacks corrupted btw

There's really no point in putting Corrupted tables up. If it's a Corrupted Grineer, it has Grineer resistances. If it's Corrupted Corpus, it has Corpus resistances, and so on, there aren't any Corrupted-specific stats.

I might make an expanded one that does have the element combinations and such, and look into adding enemies for each of the types.

I disagree, corrupted has different enemy types of every faction within, and people need to see them. Only element that doesnt have any disadvantage over corrupted is corrosive, and as for physical damage, slash aith a little puncture is good. But this info has to be provided just as well.

I guess I can see that, also Viral doesn't have a disadvantage over them. That's always been my work-around anyway, but everyone isn't me. I might look into doing that, hopefully without expanding the chart too much (a Corrupted table is quite expansive and I was aiming to keep it as compact as possible). I went ahead and updated.

Moved to the proper section.

Thank you.
