(PSN)Carolus-Billius Posted March 25, 2014 Share Posted March 25, 2014 Hello, I am a European PS4 player who just got his Warframe updated to 12.4.4, with the Tethra's Doom event. I've done three Interception missions, earning 3 times 2 Tethra Data Fragments. Apparently I need to craft Ciphers (I consulted the Wiki). However, I have been looking in the Market and cannot find any Tethra Ciphers blueprints under Equipment or Gear... EDIT: I logged out and restarted Warframe and received a mail from the Lotus with the Blueprints. Apparently an explicit logout-login was needed ("Have you tried turning it off and on again?" ;-) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
