Rare Mats Farming After Updates

I was away for maybe a week and now I see that Hek drops Neurodes only once every 6-7 missions. How are the drops in the rest of the missions? Has anyone succesfully farmed rare mats in the last 5-6 hours? That's the time of the last hotfix and I'm not sure when did they change the drops.

 No clue. The only boss I keep decimating is Ruk. He will drop me a split chamber some day. As for the mat, he almost always drops the Orokin Cell. I have not tried last 2 days, but he kept dropping the cell during the weekend.
