Using Outdated Resources In The Jupiter Tileset

In several side rooms and "locker rooms" there are old models of the Corpus Crewman uniform in place. It is difficult to pinpoint exactly what rooms have it, aside from the defense mission on Callisto which uses them for every instance of the hanging/spare suits. Here are some images:

is there a point to this? i guess you could through some lore at it and say its been a long time since corpous had any control on Jupiter? 

 

but  still is this rant or bug report? TIL?
