L1 Grab Ledge Climb Not Working

just wondering if anyone else notice L1 does not work properly, example in ODD if you try to get up the ledges on each of the columns, you cannot grab the ledge or continue to go up like before the update. i tried resetting the game thinking maybe it glitched or something, but i think this is a bug after the update. 

 

If anyone else can confirm this please, or tell me if you found a fix

I've noticed something similar, I am even having more problem running up walls now where previously I was not.

playing after the update and  i wanted to come back and add this seems to happen when you host a game, i noticed i can climb fine if im not hosting, then when i host it does not work right, just to kind of narrow it down a bit. Also my friends i play with have the same problem when hosting.
