Ok, After Playing The New Ps4 Patch... (Mainly Regarding Grineer Traps)

I have to say a few things:

 

1) Door traps are pretty much fine as long as they don't glitch (sometimes when you attack them, they don't get destroyed, this is particularly true for explosives)

 

2) Arc traps are completely pointless aside from being an extra loot container.  At least assuming they were supposed to make me slow down.  Instead of slowing down, I find myself rushing past them instead of engaging them simply because they are too annoying to bother wasting a bullet on.  I think a better effect would be to remove the damage and change it to a slowdown.

3) Interceptions are pretty nice now.  A lot better than before, the enemies actually get much harder faster but the first wave is still fairly manageable.  The console captures of enemies is also a little more manageable.

 

4) Voids are impossible to do reasonably with 4 people.  The freezes are not a good thing for the PS4 since there is no way to cancel without forcing the power off.  The crashes are not a good sign either.  3 people is still a risk, but it seems to be a little more stable with 3 people instead of 4.  Edit: Apparently this was fixed.  Hopefully that is the case.

 

5) Tethra's Doom is absurdly easy but actually pretty fun to try to get a high rank on.

 

6) The game is a lot less stable and people keep getting disconnected from the server.

 

7) I learned that I was a fish.  This was made funnier by my warframe.  Can you guess which warframe?

Reasons why I dont play the ps4. Oh. wait. and the fact that they keep jerking the account transfer out of reach. Its gotten to the point where me and my clan arent even playing anymore, just waiting for the transfer so we can all play together on better graphics, smoother ps4.

It doesn't help when the traps are actually inside objects and walls, and you can't shoot them even if you wanted to.

Part of why it is easier to skip them than try to find them.  If they were easier to spot and didn't have a chance to be invincible, then maybe it would be worth the trouble to find them and shoot them (maybe), but with that chance, do i really want to bother searching?  (not that it is hard to search, mind you).

The last bit is rather funny, considering that I have a sneaky suspicion that an average gaming rig can produce far better graphics than a ps4, even if you take out the statistical outliers like my twin titan monstrosity.

I can't tell if the last part was a joke or not.   I'm assuming a joke due to the "smoother" part.  (Since if anyone considers the PS4 smoother considering the PS4 bug reports section alone....)

In exchange they didn't get the Broken Lights or floor spawning Arc Traps, at least. Although if that is worth it depends on how much one needs Orokin Cells.
