deltaheavy Posted March 26, 2014 Share Posted March 26, 2014 (edited) So i had just decided i should polarize my Rhino Prime, and when i added the FORMA, it consumed it, but i never got the option to change the selected polarity slot (the aura slot, in this case). so now i have an unranked rhino prime, with no changes at all. i bought the FORMA with platinum, sure, they don't cost that much, but it's still pretty annoying. i propably won't play any more today, since this has put a dampener on my gaming urges. since i sent a support message about two or three hours ago... i guess what i wanted to say with this is... how long do i have to wait for an answer/fix for this? Support ticket responses can take up to 3 days or more because of the sheer quantity of reports they receive per day. Don't think you're being neglected or anything.
