(PSN)MustangXCV Posted March 27, 2014 Share Posted March 27, 2014 For days now, I have been completing Rank Up tests, trying to get to rank 2, and yet everytime, I pass the test fine, I get the mission complete, and yet when I return to the main menu, I am still a level 1!!! and on top of that, the blue XP bar is flashing and the Rank Up test option is there still telling me I need to take it...
