and i was more than happy to grab it for the shoutout to Dark Sector.

I actually sold my maxed Heavy Cal for 300P, bought the skin, then turned right around and bought another heavy cal for 95P.

the alternate skins for Zoren, Fragor, and Scindo as well as Alternate Helmets are the closest things to how comprehensive this Skin is. but they are only a small Weapon or a Helmet, this is an entire player.

One of the mods stated it was the combination price of a helmet + skin accessory...which equals..150 i believe it is

I think it's fine just the way it is. That's a full body mesh which was most likely tweaked to fit the standards of the art quality of Warframe (Compare that with the model in Dark Sector which is outdated and probably doesn't have the same rigging).

Exclusive aside, it's a lot more valuable considering it ties directly to the lore.

Your paying for a full body mesh, texture Re-skin for THE HEAD, and THE BODY.

Consider combining the price of heads, and skins in the shops this is a good deal. Lets not forget full mesh.

New skin (going by Immortal Price) is 40 platinum.

New Helmet (going by alt helm price) is 75 platinum.

 

Total price of those two is 115 Platinum.

So this is a 35 Platinum rip off, if we're combining those two to make this a reasonable price.

Of course, you could say the LE time limit is what adds the 35 platinum to the price tag.

100 Platinum would be closer to a fair price. (imo)

Currently the skin is worth 2 Excalibur Frames with 2 Reactors + 2 Free slots

But hey, Limited Edition. Worth the price tag, right?

Only reason you're losing the bet is because the current price tag.

Any drop on the price sounds far more reasonable than what it currently is.

 

If the original price were 100p, you'd have a good chance of being right.

Personally, I'd go for it at 100p. That's only 25p more than what it costs to buy Excalibur, who comes with the reactor + WF slot.

New skin (going by Immortal Price) is 40 platinum.

Immortal Skins are a Texture. not a new Mesh. same amount of Development work as making a new Warframes' appearance.

 

Edit:

so to base off of the average Platinum cost of a Warframe (which is 255p), it sounds about appropriate considering it's in the general area of half a Warframe.
