I've run a few missions this evening with a friend and I'm noticing something odd, and frustrating, with my Antimatter Drop. Every so often, about a 15% chance or so, I'll get a dud ball. Rather than the few hundred thousand, or into the millions damage to which I am accustomed, I'll deal 65. Not 65 thousand. 65 Damage.

This has happened after pumping four Paris Prime arrows into the ball. It has happened after one arrow. I thought maybe it was a blend of the weapon and ability and so tried it with some pistols to the same effect. Usually solid damage, the occasional dud.

Sometimes I'll get four or five of these dud balls in a row. On one occasion it nearly cost me the defense I was running. Is there some kind of issue with the way Antimatter drop is receiving damage? If it matters, I was the host for all the above instances.

I have had a similar problem, though I noticed that the “duds" kill even when they say low damage amounts, I have seen a number as low as 50 kill enemies in T3 missions. Maybe it is just a damage display glitch.

I wish that was the case for me. My duds do nothing more than tickle on wave 2 ODD. Tried again with the Latron Prime. Received no duds. Maybe got lucky. Still, I'd like to know when I need damage I'm going to get it, not die after hitting a heavy gunner with a water balloon.
