LGear
So I noticed that the Helios takes scans of objects that it can't see, including objects behind other objects like walls. Thus, while I was running a Void Exterminate mission, I came across that room with the large, circular pedestal with containers on top. Then I noticed my Helios was scanning something underneath the floor, here: Anyone know what this is supposed to be, and whether we can actually reach the place it's at? zat-bust
those are one of those lasers, sometimes the path in front of you, opens up. People fall in if they are not paying attention, and the 4 lasers down there kill them.
tveeggad
That is a laser trap. I haven't seen it activate more than twice, though. Needless to say, you don't want to go down there.
Ammolds
Looks like a laser traps piece. More specifically the part that extends out and fires a steady laser beam.
Erusa
Helios actually has the same function of our codex scanners. It has a built-in thermal (I'd like to think it's thermal but it really isn't...) scanner that is able to check for objects through a certain "width" of obstacles but not actually scan them.
