Slow Downspeed Launcher Update And Stuck In "checking New Content"

I've been having this problem for the past 3 days, the launcher is very slow down speed at 3-10kbps i know its not my connection.and after the update, in "checking new content" it will stuck for a long period of time and says "Update failed"

after that it will restart the update and update failed again and again

 

I really want to play my Warframe now,I hope you can help me........T_T

you should run through some posts here about this issue u can find the answers everywhere ;O (or send a support ticked?) happened to me aswell recently but mine loaded afther 2 min wait.
