Is There Any Melee Speed-Cap?

Nope. Try to test it with Volt's Speed+Berserker.

The speed cap for melee is as fast as you can hit your E key, with fury + berserker + (Valkyr)Warcry = can't hit E fast enough!  Does Volt's speed effect melee attack speed? thought it was just run speed....have to try with volt and valkyr now XD

Having low frames per second can slow your melee speed. So there sort of is a cap... I don't think there is any cap to modding it though, just what the game actually decides to put out based on FPS.

It does, and it's awesome. It's like a meat blender from hell with Fang.

It affects not only melee weaps, but also all other semi-auto weaps, sadly...
