How To Bind Controller Keys To Be Able To Do Everything Without Moving Thumbs From Analog Sticks?

I'm trying a controller out of boredom and can't figure how to bind the keys to be able to jump, slide, roll, sprint, shoot, melee, reload, use powers etc. while also being able to move and look around at the same time. This would mean my thumbs are locked on analog sticks.

 

This leaves me two stick buttons (that I'm not very good at using while using the sticks for something else) and four triggers/bumpers/whatever.

 

So how should the keys be bound? Am I forced to not be able to move and look around 100% of the time if I want to use every action? Are there controllers that have buttons for my remaining fingers?

I guess there would have to be a controller with 8 triggers lol

I'm guessing the people I see struggling at moving properly while aiming and fighting are controller users then. :S

 

Not really looking forward to PS4/PC crossplay if that's the case...
