I personally would like if social people would join but besides that I don't care if your new or old to the game, you don't have to be super talkative you just need to talk a bit in the clan chat every now and then. If you have any questions please feel free to ask them, questions like, how do you rank up, clan research progress, how big is the contruction of the clan, number of people we have now, if we make you do anything/go on clan activities.
