Need Help With Excalibur Javelin In Pvp

So, wiki says, that Javelin : "Works as intended. A powerful AoE move than can easily finish off weak opponents if you have the opportunity and energy to spare"

 

But, i got this:

207 damage to opponent and 160+ damage to his senti. I dont think that is what we can call "intended".

 

Whats wrong with this javelins? Or its wiki lies?

Do you have Intensify and Blind Rage on?

The culprit is probably the lack of ability balance in conclaves.

 

Do you have the mod overextended in your build?

i have no mods with Power Strength increased or decreased

And overall we got 2000+ true damage from Ash's "Blade Storm", which just oneshot most of warfeames. Awesome balance.
