Gold Lockers

hello gents! weve a seen the secret rooms and side areas that are ever so neat in pretty much every tile set (especially void/dereict) so i thought it woulld be a nice little bonus for those secret areas to have golden lockers.
golden lockers may contain;
7000 credits
blueprint (only those purchasable in market)

-also depending on locker type is the locker bp drop

--Grineer: grineer bp

--Corpus: Corpus bp

--Void: Tenno bp

--Derelict: Infested bp
rare materials (high quantity)
rare mod
5 affinity orbs
void keys (maybe?)

gold lockers will drop 3 of any of these options even if it is 3 of the same reward.

i think it would give a little meaning to those neat little areas!
also only 1 and on very rare occasions 2 golld lockers per mission.

I'm gonna say no for wraith and vandal blueprits = exclusives

The rest is Ok

i see where youre coming from but when i said very rare i mean ike shiny pokemon rare. 1/300000 chance. but i totally understand the exclusive thing. maybe some bueprints excusive to gold lockers?

Nah . too much grinding

+with all the time grinding for that you coould get other primes.....mods to buy slots and so on. 1/3000000 chance isn't worth it.

+I'll say it again ; it won't be fair for those who got them from events without help from the RNG gods

okay so thanks for the feedback i appreciate it! wraith ad vandal definate outs. possible higher credit/affinity bonus. perhaps only blueprints from the marketplace can be dropped. so if you cant buy the blueprint from the market it will not be dropped. perhaps even make it so depending on the faction locker it will drop different BPs.

grineer only drop grineer weapons

corpus drop corpus weapons

void drop tenno weapons

as for not all lockers being open, this is a whole different locker meaning it will probably not use that some open some locked script.

I like the idea in general, though the BP may be stuff available in clan research? - Just an idea.

 

 

My problem is that unless credits become a personal reward and not a squad reward the same way resources, energy, health and affinity are.

The players who don't want to look for these areas or to wait for those who look for them will still go and extract, and while they get all the credits the exploring players gathered, any explorer who wasn't at extraction on time losses the Mission Bonus credits.

 

This is not intended to hash the "Rushes vs. Explorers" debate, just a way to reward each player for his game style - those who want to extract fast will get th MB, those who want to explore risk missing on the MB but will get all the credits they gathered.

i think this idea works eprfectly in line with a mod that i saw a few days ago. the mod allowed people to possibly open up red lockers. So put this gold lockers inside,a nd make them red, locked. So even if you DO find one, theres only a small chance you can even get inside. that coudl settle al the drop items.
